Meet The Owner
Darnell Walker, President
Facilities Management Professional with a specialized trade in HVAC/R. Darnell has over 20 years of experience working on multiple mechanical systems in residential, commercial, and government facilities. The majority of his career has been in Facility Maintenance & Management settings, but he has Business Development experience building strong business relationships, soliciting new opportunities and working them all the way through the bidding process in an effort to expand the companies portfolio. Previous roles he held were, Lead HVAC Technician, Trainer/ Adjunct Instructor, Facilities Manager, Regional Operations Manager and a Facilities Support Manager which required him to perform site audits, assessments, budget management, people management, and project management. Darnell is a retired Air Force sergeant that is very disciplined, hardworking, self-motivated, and dependable. He has a proven track record of implementing facility maintenance practices, work order management, and client-subcontractor coordination. Experienced at managing multi-million-dollar budgets, report writing, giving detailed briefings, and excellent interpersonal communication skills which most likely derived from his degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences.
